Why will Personal Training benefit me?
We will show you how to perform the exercises correctly so you get the maximum benefit from each movement. We will demonstrate every exercise and assess your posture and technique throughout the session, offering teaching points throughout the session. Learning how to perform exercises properly reduces your risk of injury but also allows you to perform the exercises more efficiently at home or in the gym on your own.
We will help you define and achieve your goals. You may have a specific goal in mind but we will help to break these down into specific and realistic goals. We will also assess your progress towards these goals.
We will create a personal plan designed just for you and what you want to achieve. A personalised plan will give you better results than a general plan as we can assess your current fitness level and make changes at each session.
We will keep you motivated. Working with us will increase your motivation to stick to a fitness plan. Even if you don’t work with us for every fitness session, some personal training sessions will help to keep you on the right track to your goals.
We will keep you accountable to your fitness plan and ensure you are supported during times that may have previously meant you have fallen off the wagon.
We will vary your sessions. No two Personal Training sessions are the same. We will assess your progress regularly and ensure that the exercises we are using suit you. If they don’t we will change them to one that suits you better. We will also change your sessions as your fitness increases to ensure progression.
We will make your sessions efficient. As busy women we often have very limited time dedicated to exercise. We will ensure that you are getting the maximum benefit from your workout
I am a personal trainer in Sheffield only for women so I know what works and how to get you the results you want.
The fitness training sessions will last between 30 minutes to 1 hour and will focus on your personal aims and goals. I am currently a personal trainer based in Sheffield but contact me for a range of online training options.

Pricing – Pay Monthly
1:1 – £120 per month (£30.00 per session) 4 sessions.
1:1 – £200 per month (£25 per session) 8 sessions.
Train with a friend – £80 per person, per month (£20 per session per person) 4 sessions.
