Why leave it till January to start your new health kick? Join in with my 12 Days of Christmas Fitness and give yourself a head start!

Starting on the 11th December for 12 days I will be posting an exercise routine for you to complete. This can be done at home, in the park or at the gym. You won’t need any equipment and the routine will never take longer than 30 minutes including warm up and cool down!
