Why not make your own healthy alternative to a popular dish at resteraunts like Nandos? 

I have just had wholemeal pita breads packed out with crunchy salad and chicken breast (marinated in a spicy sauce)

This was quick, easy, cheaper than eating out as well as healthier

I have stored the leftover chicken in Tupperware (in the fridge overnight) and will take a pita for my lunch tomorrow
