This picture shows two female cadavers. The lady on the left is just over 17.5 stone, the other is 8.5 stone.
Notice the enlarged heart, stomach and intestines of the larger lady along with the fat pockets close to the brain.
The image also shows the stress placed on the joints as a result of being pulled out of natural alignment. The lady on the left will have suffered painful knees and ankles as a result of carrying the extra weight. The natural cushioning you can see on the knees of the lady on the right is non existent in the lady on the left.
The larger lady also seems to have thinner bones, especially in the lower legs, possibly as a result of osteoporosis. The thinner lady is actually “big boned”.
