On the fourth day of Christmas Fitness, Aimee gave to me…..

  • 10 Squat Jumps
  • 10 Press Ups
  • 10 Star Jumps
  • and a minute of proper burpees!

Keep your feet hip width apart and after squatting down low spring straight up into a small jump, land softly with bent knees and repeat.
