- 5 Tuck Jumps
- 10 Squat jumps
- 10 press ups
- 10 Star jumps
- and a minute of proper burpees!
Jump straight in the air lifting your knees nice and high. If it helps trying hitting your thighs with your hands at the top of the jump.
