On the fifth day of Christmas Fitness….

On the fifth day of Christmas Fitness, Aimee gave to me…..

  • 5 Tuck Jumps
  • 10 Squat jumps
  • 10 press ups
  • 10 Star jumps
  • and a minute of proper burpees!

Jump straight in the air lifting your knees nice and high. Β If it helps trying hitting your thighs with your hands at the top of the jump.
