On the sixth day of Christmas Fitness, Aimee gave to me…..

  • a minute of Plank Jacks
  • 5 Tuck Jumps
  • 10 Squat Jumps
  • 10 Press Ups
  • 10 Star Jumps
  • and a minute of proper burpees!

Starting in the plank position with your feet in line with your hips, jump your feet apart and then back to the starting point. Feet out and in counts as 1. Keep going for one full minute! Don’t forget to keep a count of your score and leave a comment below.
