On the seventh day of Christmas Fitness, Aimee gave to me…..

  • a minute of High Knees
  • a minute of Plank Jacks
  • 5 Tuck Jumps
  • 10 Squat Jumps
  • 10 Press Ups
  • 10 Star Jumps
  • and a minute of proper burpees!

Bring knees up nice and high, they should at least come up as high as your belly button. You can pick the pace, faster is harder!
