On the ninth day of Christmas Fitness, Aimee gave to me…..

  • 10 Criss Cross Hip Thrusts
  • 10 kick dips
  • a minute of high knees
  • a minute of plank Jacks
  • 5 Tuck Jumps
  • 10 Squat jumps
  • 10 press ups
  • 10 Star jumps
  • and a minute of proper burpees!

Starting in the plank position, bring one knee up towards your opposite elbow. Squeeze stomach muscles in nice and tight so your belly button pulls in towards your spine (imagine you bracing yourself if someone was coming to tickle you!). Repeat on opposite side. Both sides = 1 rep.
