On the tenth day of Christmas Fitness..

On the tenth day of Christmas Fitness, Aimee gave to me…..

  • A plank (for as long as possible!)
  • 10 Criss Cross Hip Thrusts
  • 10 kick dips
  • a minute of high knees
  • a minute of plank Jacks
  • 5 Tuck Jumps
  • 10 Squat jumps
  • 10 press ups
  • 10 Star jumps
  • and a minute of proper burpees!

Keep your abs pulled in nice and tight and KEEP BREATHING!

    20 burpees at the end of the ninth day of christmas….will do the day 10 later, maybe before our last session: it might help with the inches! X
