- 10 Criss Cross Hip Thrusts
- 10 kick dips
- a minute of high knees
- a minute of plank Jacks
- 5 Tuck Jumps
- 10 Squat jumps
- 10 press ups
- 10 Star jumps
- and a minute of proper burpees!
Keep your abs pulled in nice and tight and KEEP BREATHING!
