On the eleventh day of Christmas Fitness, Aimee gave to me…..

  • 10 V sit ups
  • A plank (for as long as possible!)
  • 10 Criss Cross Hip Thrusts
  • 10 kick dips
  • a minute of high knees
  • a minute of plank Jacks
  • 5 Tuck Jumps
  • 10 Squat jumps
  • 10 press ups
  • 10 Star jumps
  • and a minute of proper burpees!

Sit on the ground and raise your legs up, with your knees at 90 degrees. Drop your upper body back until you feel your ab muscles engage (or tighten up), keep your back straight and look upwards. Slowely lower your legs downwards and bring back to start point, thats one rep. Make it easier by placing your hands on the floor besides your hips, fingers pointing forwards.
