On the twelfth day of Christmas Fitness, Aimee gave to me…..

  • a minute of Clockwork Jumps
  • 10 toe touch sit ups
  • A plank (for as long as possible!)
  • 10 Criss Cross Hip Thrusts
  • 10 kick dips
  • a minute of high knees
  • a minute of plank Jacks
  • 5 Tuck Jumps
  • 10 Squat jumps
  • 10 press ups
  • 10 Star jumps
  • and a minute of proper burpeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees!

Standing with your feet hip width apart, take one jump forwards and one small jump backwards to the start point. Then jump to the left and back to starting point. Back and to start. Right and return to start. Keep going until time has elapsed!

  1. 23 today…..can’t remember how many I did on day one, but it wasn’t over 15 I don’t think, and I hadn’t done 11 exercises beforehand! So well chuffed! Thanks x
