Welcome 2014! This year is an important year for me for many reasons (which I will share along the way!) and I want and need to be in the best shape of my life.
Ill be blogging daily about my own personal health and fitness journey to keep me accountable to all my readers, clients and followers but also to help me motivate and inspire you on your own personal health and fitness journey.
My daily challenge will be to complete at least 30 minutes of exercise or other health beneficial activity and then to blog about it.
