My Year In Fitness – Day 2 #MYIF2014

The setting for todays 30 minutes was my front garden. I did a 30 minute HIIT session with Holly.

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training and this is the method that we use with most of our PT clients.

Todays session was…

Mountain climbers
Squats
Burpees
Lunges
Plank

We did five rounds of this circuit taking me to 25 minutes. We then finished with two sets of 15 jump lunges and 15 kettle bell swings back to back!
