My Year In Fitness – Day 4 #MYIF2014

Just got to get the baby to sleep then I will be doing this ab routine with the foam roller. My core is seriously weak (see my #mumtumbigbum blog posts!) and needs a lot of strengthening so ill aim for 30 of each exercise but slow and controlled.

Ill also need to roll out my hamstrings as they are still sore from the session earlier in the week with Holly!!
