My Year In Fitness – Day 5 #MYIF2014

Todays very quick gym workout courtesy of Sport Sheffield!

  • 10 minute spin bike
  • 10 minute cross trainer
  • 10 minute row
  • 5 minute stepper

Not very inventive (and a little bit boring as I forgot my headphones) but I’ve done my 30 minutes!
