My Year In Fitness – Day 8 #MYIF2014

Tonight I tried a change of pace and did a 45 minute yoga session. I used an app on my phone to follow a programme and I really enjoyed it.


Yoga is an excellent all over body strengthener and I always feel really challenged by it. I think this is because I dont do it enough and a lot of the poses are perfected with practice.

I found this pose the hardest but managed to get one leg off the ground!


I’m going to do at least one yoga session each week as I really enjoy the challenge and learning something new.
