My Year In Fitness – Day 19 #MYIF2014

Gym session today for some cardio. Warm up on the bike followed by gradient intervals on the treadmill.

Using intervals means I manage a longer duration of higher intensity work in a short period of time. Today I used gradient to alter the intensity but it can also be done by altering the speed.
