My Year In Fitness – Day 22 #MYIF2014

Another nursery run today and I tracked it on Runkeeper so I have a better idea of distance.


I only did this once today picking up, but where I can ill do both the drop off and pick up journeys.

If you struggle to fit 30 minutes of exercise in a day, try breaking it up into more manageable chunks. Ideally you would do it all in one go but you could do two lots of 15 minutes or even three lots of 10 minutes.
