My Year In Fitness – Day 23 #MYIF2014

This is my circuit for tonight, repeated four times.

I’m finding it a lot easier to fit my 30 minutes in during the day, either walking with the kids or when hubby can entertain them! Once the kids are asleep and all jobs are finished I just want to sit!

I am starting to feel stronger though and I have lots of motivational pins over on my Pinterest page to spur me on to get moving.
