My Year in Fitness – Day 29 #MYIF2014

Babies in bed and asleep early which meant I could do a decent session today.

I used my Gymboss interval timer and did 5 rounds of the bodyweight circuit below, a good full body workout. If you want to give it a go you can download interval timers from your app store for free.

Diamond press up (triceps)
Burpees (CV)
Squat jumps (quads/CV)
Supported V ups (core)
Lateral arm holds (shoulders)
