The kids and I have had a sofa day today as one is teething and one is ill. They have both fallen asleep together at the same time this afternoon and I took the opportunity to do a quick, quiet circuit!
I needed exercises that I could do close to the kids but wasn’t going to wake them up. I was also upstairs so all jumping and bouncing exercises were out! This is what I came up with.
1 leg deadlifts
All bodyweight exercises as I didn’t want to waste time fiddling around with the weights incase the kids woke up half way through!
I feel a lot better than if I had just fallen asleep with the kid, however tempting that option was!!
First 30 days done!! Feeling good.
