My Year In Fitness – Day 31 #MYIF2014

I’ve got a poorly boy with chicken pox! The plan was to fit a run in while he was at nursery today but instead I’ve done a core session in the bedroom while the kids sleep tonight. Actually while boy is laid on me sleeping!!!

Scissor kicks
Pilates leg circles
Leg drops
Small crunches
Pelvic core squeezes

I managed all this with a sleeping 3 year old laid across my chest!!
