My Year In Fitness – Day 33 #MYIF2014

Another trapped exercise session! Kids are both ill and needing lots of extra mummy cuddles which means Im stuck in bed! If it wasn’t for this challenge the likelihood is I would have just fallen asleep with them for the night however….

I managed

Single leg lifts
Leg cycles
Flutter kicks
Single leg crunch

It certainly wasn’t the best work out as I needed to take a few breaks to settle the kids! Every little helps though!!
