My Year In Fitness – Day 37 #MYIF2014

Quick both kids asleep after a busy morning at soft play so I’ve squeezed in a free weight session. No time to change so I’ve done upper body as I’m wearing jeans!!!! Far from ideal but it means I get a session in.

Bicep curl into shoulder press
Shoulder lat and front raise
Upright row
Plank walk outs
Diamond press ups
Standing press ups
