My Year In Fitness – Day 39 #MYIF2014

So hard to get motivated to do a session when I’ve got loads of “jobs” and work to do on an evening. Tonight I could have so easily laid on the sofa once the kids were asleep and not moved!

However I have a challenge to complete and so I have done a quick leg circuit with dumbells

Deadlift
Split squats
Calf raises
Bridge
Jump lunges

And now to sleep!
