I’ve taken some time out tonight to look back at what I’ve done already this year and also my progress from February 2013.
I haven’t exercised today but instead spent time focusing on the goals of my training and where I want to be in terms of my health, fitness and body shape.
Every once in a while its important to take time out and check that what you’re doing is contributing to your overall aims and goals.
