My Year In Fitness – Day 41 #MYIF2014

Im trying to get my sessions done during the day as I have been really dreading them on a night recently.

I’ve just managed a 45 minute TRX session on the landing while the kids emptied the toy box!! I did back and arms and managed a pretty good session. My arms are shaking now!!

Exercises included today were
Bicep Curl
Tricep Extension
High back row
Back Extension
Rear Deltoid fly
