My Year In Fitness – Day 48 #MYIF2014

Argghhhhh biggest has only just gone to sleep so im writing this in the dark laid next to him before I try and sneak out for a TRX session!

Squats
Bicep curl
One leg lunges with high knee
Tricep extension
Hamstring curl

Everyone seems to be finally better and husband back at work tomorrow so Im looking forward to getting back to the normal routine!!
