My Year In Fitness – Day 52 #MYIF2014

Lots of walking today as I was car less but my phone is being a bit tempremental so I didn’t log it all on Runkeeper.

Here is a list of the days activities!

20 minute walk (mainly uphill) to nursery
10 minute walk from bus stop to dance class with littlest
Hour dance class running around after littlest
10 minute walk to bus stop
20 minute walk home (mainly downhill!)
15 minute walk to park
2 hours wondering around park chasing biggest!
15 minute walk home

So much easier to get those minutes of activity in when you are forced to walk everywhere and not be reliant on the car. Also thanks to the hills of Sheffield I get an extra leg and bum workout!!
