My Year In Fitness – Day 53 #MYIF2014

No exercise today as I’ve been working in the gym all day.

I have drank 2 litres of water though and feel loads better for it. Drinking more is the one thing I really struggle with. I’ve tried lots of ways to help me to increase my water intake, with the most successful being the most basic!

I fill up a litre bottle and have to drink it by lunchtime then refill it and have to drink that one by dinner. I always have the bottle close by so it acts as a visual reminder to drink more. 

Im going to try drinking 2 litres of water for the next week to see if I can make it a habit and stick to it in the long term? Let me know if you fancy joining in my mini water challenge!!
