My Year In Fitness – Day 58 #MYIF2014

Feeling more human today but still have this horrible dry hacking cough left over.

I’m not exercising today but I’m using this down time to revisit my goals, what am I working towards, what have I already achieved,  where do I want to be at certain points of the year. Most importantly where do I want to be at the end of this year.

I don’t set new years resolutions as I think they are too easily dismised. I do set myself goals and targets for the year. Its never too late to look at your current situation and set some achievable and realistic goals. Its always good to have something to work towards and aim for.
