My Year In Fitness – Day 60 #MYIF2014

Ergh still ill. So sick of being ill and run down. This virus is really persistant! I came home early from work to rest and try shake it off.

Tonight I’ve had a hot steamy shower to help my chest. I’m about to have a hot lemon and honey drink and then an early night.

  1. Chicken soup with plenty of alliums, esp. garlic! Other than that, rest where you can I guess. If it makes you feel better, I did my first day of Couch to 5k this afternoon and I would say knowing there are other mums who ‘do’ fitness are a huge mental boost when it’s a challenge to get out and pound pavement. Thank you!

      1. Pretty good! I accidentally ran too long at the end because I didn’t hear the nice lady telling me to stop… felt ace after and am aching gently now so I think it was about the right level! Plus got to shower after while hub entertained bub – bonus reward!
