My Year In Fitness – Day 61 #MYIF2014

Finally starting to feel more human, with more energy and less meh! Ive done a steady TRX session tonight once kids were sleeping to get back on track.

Split Squats
Overhead Squats
Hamstring Curls

Ill build sessions back up slowly over the next week but feels good to get those muscles moving again!
