My Year In Fitness – Day 65 #MYIF2014

I am doing a foam rolling session tonight as I’ve got so many knots in my back.

I’m also going to focus on my calfs as they are feeling tight, probably from the recent walking.

If you haven’t got a foam roller yet you can pick them up cheap on ebay or amazon. I recommend them to all my clients, they are fab! Its like a DIY sports massage!!
