My Year In Fitness – Day 74 #MYIF2014

Took ages to get my eldest to sleep and tonight and I could have so easily skipped this session!

I did a very quick core circuit that included

Bridges
Plank
Leg lifts
Leg circles

Now to do a bit of house work then shower and bed ready to do it all again tomorrow!
