My Year In Fitness – Day 81 #MYIF2014

I’ve done a TRX session tonight as i’ve not done one for a while.

Squats
Lunges
Chest flyes
Pike (core)
Mountain climbers

If you have one of these at home or in the gym get using it because they are a brilliant piece of kit, I love mine!!
