My Year In Fitness – Day 101 #MYIF2014

In honour of day 101 I’m asking what equipment you think is a waste of time in the gym. What woild you like to banish to room 101?

I would send 1kg dumbbells!  No need!!!

Today I have done a shoulder workout

Plank walks
Shoulder press
Front and lat raises

Really looking forward to this weekend, my first not working in a year!
