My Year In Fitness – Day 106 #MYIF2014

Today Im starting a new 30 day exercise challenge I pinned recently on Pinterest.


Squats are possibly one of my favourite exercises because they are so good for so many different reasons!

I’ve been reading recently about the benefits of full squats over parallel squats. Full squats are excellent for improving your posture and good for getting results quickly.


Concentrate on the knees and feet pointing in the same direction with the back neutral and arms lifted. Chest lifted throughout the movement. If you have toddlers watch how they squat down to the floor, they have the perfect squat technique.


Ill be using the full squat technique during this new 30 day challenge.
