Today I have done 55 burpees as part of my latest 30 day fitness challenge.
I’ve let my nutrition slide over past few days for one reason and another but im going to wait until after easter break to cut it out again. I find it really difficult when we are out of our normal routine, especially when hubby is off too! I’m not letting it stress me out, just planning on how and when to get back into it!
Also just a quick but massive thank you to everyone who shared my post about our bike that got stolen. We now have it back!
