My Year In Fitness – Day 111 #MYIF2014

I’ve spent a lot of today sat in the car traveling so when we finally arrived home we spent some time in the garden and then tonight I’ve done a lower body session.

70 inner thigh raises (as part of 30 day challenge)
Squats
Lunges
High knees

Still finishing off the last Easter chocolates but will be cutting out wheat from tomorrow.
