Today didn’t pan out as expected! My eldest has only just gone to sleep and I have to get ready for the first day in my new job tomorrow, therefore no workout today.
I was planning on starting a new cycle of training that focused on mobililty and flexibility but will have to start it later this week. Ill fill you in when I get going with it!
Will squeeze in a few squats, burpees and press ups before my shower to ease my frustration!
