My Year In Fitness – Day 133 #MYIF2014

Today I have done no session but lots of lifting and moving (lugging and shifting if you are from Yorkshire!). I still class this as exercise though but active daily living rather than a structured exercise session.

Look out for ways you can be more active in everyday life. It really does all add up.
