My Year In Fitness – Day 147 #MYIF2014

Really quick cardio session this morning while the kids played (or fought over toys!!). In between breaking up fights I managed the following circuit, completed three times.

Jump lunges
Mountain Climbers
Squat Jumps
Burpees

Not sure which was more exhausting today, the circuit or the kids!
