My Year In Fitness – Day 161 #MYIF2014

Been in the gym tonight and I did a quick basic circuit with fairly heavy weights, 2 x 10 reps. I don’t normally use machines as I prefer free weights but this was just a really quick session once I had closed the gym.

Pull down machine
Shoulder press
Chest press
