Today I did a gym session in my dinner break. Steady 2.5km run to get a bench mark. I’ll try to fit a run in each week and beat my time. Once I hit the target time that I’ve set myself for that distance I’ll increase the goal.

Also I did some core and mobility work to finish off the session.
