All about arms today. Well and a little bit of chest and core thrown in.

Home workout session with weights

– upright row
– bicep curls
– shoulder press
– tricep dips
– chest press
– press up

– leg lowers
– reverse crunch
– scissor kicks
– butterfly kicks

I struggled to wash my hair after as my arms were so wobbly. Bring on the soreness tomorrow!!
