My Year In Fitness – Day 169 #MYIF2104

Gym day today. I like to make the most of the limited time I get in the gym so I do a full body session.

Started with a 2.5km run

then

With barbell
20 squats
10 front lunge onto bosu
20 squats

Pull Down (pyramid)
This is where you set a weight and do 8 reps then increase the weight for 6 reps, again for 4 reps and then for 2 reps. I reversed this as well today.

Cable Row

Core Circuit
Weighted twists
Scissor Kicks
Small Crunches

Bring on the DOMS!
