My Year In Fitness – Day 170 #MYIF2014

I’ve had a rest day today (from exercise not running round after the kids!) But I have had an epsom salt bath to remineralise and help my muscles.

I feel like I’ve had a increase in strength recently so all my sessions have been slightly harder. Not sure what this is down to but I’m enjoying it. My muscles are feeling the benefits too with a little bit of stiffness but hopefully today will have helped.
