My Year In Fitness – Day 175 #MYIF2014

Walked biggest up to nursery today and then walked back home with smallest! Starting to feel really fit and strong, I don’t have to stop as much going up the mega hill (only twice today!).

I’ve done my core circuit today too

25sec plank / 15 v-up / 20 crunches

Followed by 2 x 20

reverse crunches
Scissor kicks
Side v-up

Now to relax in the garden with the little one until work!
